Tudor Cisu Makes It Look Easy
At 19, Tudor Cisu makes living the American Dream look easy. The sophomore from Binghamton University in New York State has amassed an impressive collection of academic awards and work experiences that practically ensure a bright future ahead for him.
Born in Romania, Tudor Cisu moved to Syracuse, NY in 1998 and was a familiar face at the National Latin Exam and various Math competitions in his early teens. He consistently landed on the high honor roll at Fayetteville-Manlius High School and even won a New York State Scholarship for Academic Excellence in 2007.
No stranger to volunteerism, Tudor Cisu also spent four consecutive summers as a volunteer transporter at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, NY. He continues to tutor high school students in Mathematics.
Tudor Cisu is now compiling an impressive list of research experience with some of the nation’s top medical researchers on his way to becoming a physician scientist.
