Unlike other company owners, he is not only intent on being successful himself. In fact, he thinks of ways and projects which will benefit his employees, making them successful as well. This is perhaps the main reason why his personnel and sellers love him.

Curt Kramer strongly believes in the power of hard work. He encourages and inspires his staff to work harder to achieve more successful results. He even works long hours himself, from 7:30 in the morning up to 9:30 at night. He is never late. Punctuality is actually one of his strongest points.

He has instilled in his workers the commitment of Mazuma Holding Corporation, which is to “deliver superior service and competitive products at the lowest possible cost”. His company works with different industries so that they can provide custom leasing solutions.

Though Curt Kramer is a “busy bee”, he never forgets to spend some time for his charitable purposes. He is actually one of the sponsors of Schneider Children’s Hospital. He created the Kramer’s Kidz Club and sponsored enjoyable trips for the sick children. This proves that no matter how busy people are or how hectic their schedules are, they can still spend time for helping the needy kids.
