Mazuma Holding Corporation’s current owner is a successful businessman named Curt Kramer. This company is owner-operated which means that it is Curt Kramer Mazuma who gives the final answer to everything. Perhaps this gives him the right or privilege to boss everyone around, but being bossy and absolutely domineering is the exact opposite of who Curt Kramer truly is.
Curt Kramer Mazuma actually owns a charming personality, one that even inspires his workforce to work harder in their own fields, thus generating more positive results. Mr Cramer established a democratic system within the company and this kind of governance also helped in his relationship with his personnel, both professional and personal.
It is because of his company’s success and the way he operates that Mr Kramer Mazuma has become widely recognized as one of today’s highly successful businessmen. With his dedication, Curt only deserves to be known as such.
However, Mazuma Holding Corporation is not the only area that he is dedicated in. His dedication to helping the sick children of Schneider Children’s Hospital is also known. Though Mr Kramer is not intent on attaining fame because of his philanthropy, many are still aware that Curt is doing what he can to help the sick kids cope with their sad medical conditions.

Curt Kramer currently holds owner rights to Mazuma Holding Corporation. This company, unlike most companies out there, is completely owner-operated. This means that every single operation must get approval from Curt Kramer himself before it is implemented.
This fact might make Curt Kramer sound like a prick. However, this is completely on the contrary. Mr Kramer is the exact opposite from a company tyrant. Though he is the one who makes the final decisions, he still listens to what his workers have to say. He actually learns from his personnel’s feedback, improving on personal and company-related aspects that have much space for improvement.
The success, both as a company and with his staff, Mazuma Holding Corp. has achieved, reflects Mr Kramer’s personality. He prioritizes his people and their feelings, encouraging and inspiring them to work harder than they already are to generate more positive company results.
Curt Kramer is like that, not only in his company ventures but in other areas as well. In fact, he is one of the major contributors to the North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System. He donates to a fund that provides the needs of sick children. Mr Kramer has been doing this for a long time now, helping children recuperate from their illnesses, making them smile despite of all the pain and suffering they get from their treatment.
