Howard Goberstein is actually a family man. He has been happily married with his wife, Tammy Goberstein, for twenty-eight years. Together, they have two handsome sons, who are now adults, aged twenty-five and twenty-one. An additional part to their family is their pet dog, a Labrador retriever, they named Chloe.
Even though he has a family, Howard Goberstein always makes sure that he gets to save enough time to keep himself fit every once in a while. In fact, he has allotted a worthy five to six hours in a week for his work out schedule. Also, he plays golf two times a week. This sport is actually one of his most loved sports. This means that whenever he gets to play golf, he is not only enjoying the sport, but he is also getting an opportunity to socialize with his friends.
Howard Goberstein also loves to follow the financial market very closely. Moreover, he reads a lot of publications associated with the business industry like the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Barrons and Morningstar Newsletters.
Howard Goberstein might enjoy being intact and kept updated with the business industry, but what he does when he actually wants to relax is to simply watch sports on TV. As a family, Howard Goberstein’s wife and kids go to the cinema and then eat dinner out afterwards. This usually occurs on either Friday or Saturday.

Even when Patrick McEachen was still a child, he knew how he wanted his career in the sport of hockey to unfold. This young man with great aspirations in hockey was very keen in following the footsteps of his popular cousin, Mike Sullivan, who played NCAA hockey from 2003 to 2007 at Clarkson University.
Even though Patrick McEachen is a native of Stouffville, he always spared time to travel to upper state New York to watch his cousin play. He was not only watching his cousin simply because of pride, but he was also intent on learning his cousin’s techniques and strategies as he played head against other NCAA hockey players.
After some time, Patrick McEachen was convinced that he could play in the NCAA ranks some day. In fact, he got an offer from the University of Maine as a defenseman. But for now, Patrick McEachen is playing in the Ontario Junior Hockey League’s Stouffville Spirit in his second season.

Conrad Seghers decided to check out Japan. He was very interested with Japan and the many things it has to offer. He started his trip from Dallas and left to Narita Airport as early as six o’ clock in the morning.
After one day, he arrives at Narita as late as four o’ clock in the afternoon. After a plane ride, Conrad Seghers had a train ride towards Tokyo. When he finally arrived in Tokyo, he wanted to check out the Imperial Palace first. After doing so, he went to the Sakura Hotel.
After some time, Conrad Seghers became bored with the hotel and decided to take the subway to some known neighborhoods in Tokyo. Examples would be Roppongi and Ginza. But of course, he did not stay in the towns overnight; he still went back to Tokyo, to the comforts of his chosen hotel, the Sakura Hotel.
Back in Tokyo, Conrad Seghers decided that he wanted to visit Yokohama. So he took a ship called the Nipon Maru. At Yokohoma, he chose to stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel because of the wonderful view of the city. He also took a ferry ride to Yamashita Park Marine Tower. Also, he heard about the great items sold at low prices at the Motomachi shopping street. So he also took a short trip there to see if there was anything that he wanted to purchase.

The individuals who currently own sub-franchise rights to Exit Realty for Kansas, Washington, Oregon and Missouri are Bruce Caruth and his wife. They only joined Exit Realty back in 2003, which means that they did not have much manpower. In fact, there were only a few thousand real estate agents back then. This also led to having only less than fifty percent of the regional rights sold.
Bruce Caruth shares that other people might have taken a more careful or cautious approach with their ventures. But he asserts that he, and his wife, Joanne Caruth, are not one of those cautious ones because they truly knew that Exit Realty’s business model guarantees productivity the most within the country, with benefits aimed at both the franchisee and the agent.
Bruce Caruth surely knows what he is doing. In fact, he was the Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. After graduating, he joined Price Waterhouse where he spent ten years of his life mastering audit engagements and consulting work for numerous corporations under Fortune 500. Having such vast experience in business, Bruce Caruth can then tell whether a corporation is a sound investment or not.
Mr Caruth even shares that he immediately knew that Exit Realty would dominate the real estate industry someday. And with a business consulting career such as the one he has, Bruce Caruth certainly knows what he is saying.

Byron Rainer understands the value of education, and especially, formal education. For one, it is through education that one is able to gain a knowledge and understanding of the world at large. As banal as it sounds, knowledge is power especially within the context of the evolving global economy that is becoming ever more knowledge-driven. For another, it is only by formal education that one is able to develop a trade which becomes the basis of one’s source of livelihood. It opens doors and enables one to advance in one’s chosen career.
Using this as a compass with which to steer his own life’s direction, Byron Rainer graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English and Business from the University of Florida. Through his formal education, he was able to work for such prominent companies, such as International Business Machines Corporation from 1987 to 1991, Bankers Life and Casualty Company from 1992 to 1995, and Prudential Financial, Inc. from 1996-1999. O. Turner & Company, LLC, a limited liability company, hired him and it has been his professional base since 2000.
Because Byron Rainer wants to give others the same opportunities he enjoys as a white collar professional, he works as a volunteer for Education Advantage Foundation. Education Advantage Foundation is a non-profit organization which was founded on the belief that expanding opportunities for the youth through academic enrichment is a necessity. It has offices in Florida and in Washington, D.C. and is composed of committed education professionals, parents and corporate leaders like Byron Rainer.
