Curt Kramer currently holds owner rights to Mazuma Holding Corporation. This company, unlike most companies out there, is completely owner-operated. This means that every single operation must get approval from Curt Kramer himself before it is implemented.
This fact might make Curt Kramer sound like a prick. However, this is completely on the contrary. Mr Kramer is the exact opposite from a company tyrant. Though he is the one who makes the final decisions, he still listens to what his workers have to say. He actually learns from his personnel’s feedback, improving on personal and company-related aspects that have much space for improvement.
The success, both as a company and with his staff, Mazuma Holding Corp. has achieved, reflects Mr Kramer’s personality. He prioritizes his people and their feelings, encouraging and inspiring them to work harder than they already are to generate more positive company results.
Curt Kramer is like that, not only in his company ventures but in other areas as well. In fact, he is one of the major contributors to the North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System. He donates to a fund that provides the needs of sick children. Mr Kramer has been doing this for a long time now, helping children recuperate from their illnesses, making them smile despite of all the pain and suffering they get from their treatment.

Curt Kramer, successful businessman, is the proud owner of Mazuma Holding Corporation, otherwise known as the Mazuma Holding Corp. Unlike other company owners, he is not only intent on being successful himself. In fact, he thinks of ways and projects which will benefit his employees, making them successful as well. This is perhaps the main reason why his personnel and sellers love him.
Curt Kramer strongly believes in the power of hard work. He encourages and inspires his staff to work harder to achieve more successful results. He even works long hours himself, from 7:30 in the morning up to 9:30 at night. He is never late. Punctuality is actually one of his strongest points.
Curt Kramer never postpones tasks. Why do tomorrow the things that he can do today? He has instilled in his workers the commitment of Mazuma Holding Corporation, which is to “deliver superior service and competitive products at the lowest possible cost”. His company works with different industries so that they can provide custom leasing solutions.
Though Curt Kramer is a “busy bee”, he never forgets to spend some time for his charitable purposes. He is actually one of the sponsors of Schneider Children’s Hospital. He created the Kramer’s Kidz Club and sponsored enjoyable trips for the sick children. This proves that no matter how busy people are or how hectic their schedules are, they can still spend time for helping the needy kids.

Compared to 29.7% native-born White Americans and 48.3% native-born Asian-Americans, there are only about 16.4% native-born African-Americans who have earned a Bachelor’s degree or higher, according to the 2003 U.S. Census Bureau Report on Educational Attainment in the United States. (Source: http://www.census.gov/prod/2004pubs/p20-550.pdf) Thus, for Shatan D. Green, this dismal record needs to be improved. It is part of the reason why he joined H.I.G.H.E.R. Tutorial Services, Inc.
To be sure, this situation is shaped by factors such as sociological, historical and cultural. Shatan D. Green thinks that minorities themselves have internalized the racial labeling that is obtained from society, thus limiting their own professional aspirations to being rappers, athletes or committing crimes, subconsciously reinforcing such stereotypes and turning these into “psychological labels”.
For Shatan D. Green, improving this disheartening record, especially among the male minority population, entails making them understand that seeking academic excellence is not limited to just the privileged and that the underrepresented can be academically accomplished, too. With the election of President Barack Obama into the U.S. presidency, for example, he has high hopes that all ethnicities will be inspired to take the academic path.
H.I.G.H.E.R. Tutorial Services, Inc. creates programs that ensure that students, including minorities, can enter the colleges and universities of their choice, under the leadership of Shatan D. Green, as President and CEO.

Shatan Green shattered racial stereotypes about African-Americans, especially African-American males, when he decided that he’d find success by getting himself an education. Tearing apart the predominant view among African-Americans themselves that success can only come in the form of the “street hustle,” winning on the basketball court or becoming an emcee, he takes great pride in having overcome such stereotypes by getting a degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2003.
Thus when the time came for him to choose his own profession, Shatan Green decided to become an educator. His desire to open doors to a world of opportunity for underrepresented minorities like himself stems from his belief that acquiring an education does not equate to being a “nerd” or doing things outside of his ethnicity. For Shatan Green, there is nothing cooler than education for it opens doors that are usually deemed closed for the underprivileged.
Concluding that classroom-teaching would pose limits upon him if he were to teach only the subject matter for which he went to Temple, he decided to provide tutorial services. And thus did Shatan Green find himself working for, and eventually holding the President and CEO position, at H.I.G.H.E.R. Tutorial Services, Inc. – an institution that provides supplemental education and helps students prepare themselves for the process for college matriculation.

Louis F. Albanese fully mastered the art and science of successful investment management. His skills on the subject is one of the reasons why he was appointed chief executive officer as well as the president of Catamount Management Group, one of the top investment management firms of the present time. In fact, Catamount was even included in the list of top management firms, the “World’s Best Money Managers.”
Louis F. Albanese teaches that for the investment to prosper, a right amount of diversification has to be present. He indicated that diversification is a good thing, and is quite very easy to understand. In fact, he mentioned that he it was most likely made that way so that investors who are beginners can easily understand the concept.
Still, a fine line was identified between having too little and having too much variety in a portfolio. Louis F. Albanese teaches that having too many stocks in an account can make a person’s mutual funds hard to monitor. Conclusively, this kind of situation would put the investment at risk, something that is altogether not what an investor would like.
