Edwin Ogenio- Glamorous Marriage?

Edwin Ogenio: «There is a saying, that Hollywood stands for the breaking of marriages, however it is the divorce rate among Christians that is on an all time high. Unfortunately it also includes pastors and ministers.” The reason for all of this, Edwin Ogenio believes, is not only a broken society, which produces broken relationships, but also a lack of knowledge concerning the real meaning of marriage and what it stands for.
“My people are being destroyed for lack of knowledge.”
Hosea 6:4 NKJV

Edwin Ogenio reminds: “God Himself said that He hates divorce. (See Mal 2:16) “. Based on his own personal experience and the experience in counseling many couples over the years, Edwin Ogenio wants to give you a perspective tour on this issue.

“So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him: male and female He created them.” Gen 1:27 NKJV
Edwin Ogenio explains: “In other words the union of a man and a woman is a reflection of God Himself. To be more specific, a Christian marriage is a reflection of Jesus Christ and the church. It is therefore clear that God’s intention from the very beginning was that we would be in a heterosexual, monogamous marriage.”Edwin Ogenio: “You can read explanation in Matt 19:5-6 NLT: This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one. Since they are no longer two but one, let no one separates them, for God has joined them together.”
Let Edwin Ogenio discusses some of the wrong reasons or motives why people get married:

1. Loneliness or solitude - having a great need to be with somebody or otherwise not feeling complete.
2. Out of guilt, pity or feeling sorry for. You are not at peace, but feel obligated into committing, even fearing that you might miss God’s will, since the partner or family continuously confirm that the relationship is meant to be or ordained by God.
3. Because of age - getting older and desperate to have your own family.
4. Pressure from the family - they look forward to having grand children.
5. Impulsive love - being overly in love and consumed or obsessed with the other person.
6. Single parent with Children - in need of a mom or dad. The man or woman becomes a replacement for a missing parent.
7. For the sake of looking good and successful, even in ministry because of an inferiority complex and a low self-esteem.

Edwin Ogenio says: “The desire to be loved, to be ’special’ to someone is inherent to the human condition. God who created us knows exactly how to fulfill that need. Having this knowledge will make us understand that marriage won’t solve loneliness, one’s deepest emotional needs, unhealthy sexual desires or life’s difficulties. Marriage itself does not hold people together, but godly commitment does. “Many couples go into their marriage without a proper preparation and understanding. There are the ingredients, Edwin Ogenio believes, that are needed for a successful marriage such as emotional stability, maturity and flexibility. Functioning well together is difficult when one of the partners is for instance easily rejected, compares self to others, holds on to offenses, is overly insecure, suffers from bi-polar disorder, has a borderline personality, is co-dependant, is being controlled by parents, has anger issues, is dominating/controlling or has a great need for constant affirmation. These issues require the appropriate counseling.

Note by Edwin Ogenio: The focus of those who are offended is to guard their rights and personal relationships carefully. Their energy is consumed with making sure no future injuries will occur. If we don’t risk being hurt we cannot give unconditional love. Unconditional love gives others the right to hurt us. True love never seeks its’ own, but offended people become more and more self-seeking and self-contained.

Madison Who’s Who directories

If you think a Who’s Who directory is merely a glorified phone book of elite companies, you are missing out on one of the best kept secrets. A good Who’s Who directory not only provides an accurate biography of your company in a registry, but it provides a network for members to compare notes, share industry tips and tricks - and bring you current, useful industry news and insights; all while helping you build a reputation of success. Becoming one of the amazing members of Madison’s Who’s Who is certainly worth looking in to.
The first Who’s Who was published as a 250 page volume in 1849 and had no biographical content but only thirty-nine lists of ranks and appointments and the names of those holding them. These included the Royal Household, members of the House of Peers and House of Commons, judges, archbishops and British envoys abroad.
In 1897 a change of ownership brought about the biographical style that we have today. Bernard Shaw was the first Who’s Who nominee to answer the question “What is your favorite recreation?” It is so highly revered that Winston Churchill intervened during WW II to assure that Who’s Who’s made it to press.
Madison Who’s Who directories have come a long way since those times. In fact, almost every organization or institution also keeps their own who’s who. There’s a who’s who of outstanding students in America as well as a Who Who’s of the most recognized teachers and even a Who’s Who of lawyers and a Who’s Who of athletes. Every company has its own roster’s of who’s who and every profession looks within it’s
Who’s Who has professional listings for some of the world’s most prominent professionals, including attorneys. It appears that finding a top rated attorney isn’t as easy as it once was. As such, there are many new professional rating services out there that actually let users rate professionals. The ratings are then made available to the public. Think of it as the consumer reports of professionals. One such professional rating website is lawyerratingz.com. The site allows people compare ratings and read reviews on attorneys in their area as well as across the U.S.
While there are many legitimate Who’s Who biographical directories, some unscrupulous individuals have created Who’s Who scams that involve the selling of “memberships” in Who’s Who directories that are created online and through instant publishing services. These are essentially thinly veiled scams designed to get individuals to part with their money and not some exclusive directory like the legitimate Who’s Who published by professional directories like Madison Who’s Who, which have an elaborate selection process.
Often the companies that “own” these registries are recently incorporated and the few individuals listed in them (who often post that on their web sites) are people who are being listed in the directory as a marketing tactic. Therefore, the publication of their names in these directories is just a form of vanity publishing, and doesn’t really accomplish the professional networking that these directories were intended for.
Often blogs or forum posts that discuss these scams have entries by someone who is stating that they used the directory to make valuable business contacts, but these posts cannot be verified and are like other online reviews that provide no verification of the consumer or user’s identity. If you want to benefit from all of the opportunities provided by professional directories, it’s important to choose a directory that is reputable, such as Madison Who’s Who.

Madison Who’s Who is a professional directory where you can find high quality professionals without the risk of losing.
If you’re trying to build your professional network, then Madison Who’s Who is a tremendous tool for you. It can help you gain additional business exposure, career expansion, and job recruitment. Madison Who’s Who professional directory is constantly growing. Their research staff may choose candidates through research. They also get candidates through professional associations and societies, trade organizations, or newspapers and magazines. Candidates may also be nominated by a colleague via Madison Who’s Who website.
Many professional Who’s Who directories specialize in providing its members with current biographical information of Executives and Professionals in virtually every industry.
This is to help people maximize their networking capabilities. To do this Madison Who’s Who allows you to search for members in their online registry. You can search by almost any criteria. You may select criteria such as, company name, industry, title, name etc. For anyone wanting to build a solid professional network, checkout the impressive services offered by Madison Who’s Who.

James Fontanetta urges corporations to stop cruelty to animals

James Fontanetta, former senior vice president of Wit capital is urging major corporations to end their cruel practices against animals.
“Most people eat a hamburger or chicken sandwich blindly without thinking of where it came from. Chicken and Beef are neatly packaged in our grocery stores or served in to go buckets with nice colorful logos on them. In some cases, they come in kids’ meals with toys and games on the bags, but the reality is that they come from the abuse and torture of animals,” believes James Fontanetta. One of the groups that James Fontanetta supports recently conducted an undercover investigation of food giant Tyson Foods, the main supplier of Kentucky Fried Chicken.

James Fontanetta informs, PETA unveiled video footage from an undercover investigation of two slaughterhouses owned by Tyson in Cumming, Georgia, and Union City, Tennessee. James Fontanetta The investigation documented that workers violently threw birds against shackles, sometimes from 4 feet to 6 feet away from the conveyor belt; stabbed birds in the neck with knives; and hit birds with their fists. The investigator also saw workers use excessive speed and force when shackling birds, break the ankles of chickens shackled incorrectly, and play a “game” in which they stacked up to six chickens in one shackle when the line temporarily stopped. The investigator also videotaped a supervisor who approved of workers’ ripping the heads off live birds if they became stuck in the shackles. In addition to this horrifying cruelty, adds James Fontanetta, workers were even caught urinating on the conveyer belt that was used to move chickens.
James Fontanetta gives another horrific example, investigators unveiled video footage from an undercover investigation of a North Carolina factory farm that supplies pigs to Smithfield Foods, the largest pig-flesh company in the world. The investigation exposed that workers cut off piglets’ tails and pulled out piglets’ testicles-all without any pain relief-and dragged injured pigs by their sensitive ears and snouts as the animals screamed in pain and terror. The investigator also videotaped a farm supervisor, who talked openly about how he violently beat pigs with metal gate rods.
Not even Bambi is safe. On August 26, 2007, a PETA investigator filmed the slaughter of deer at Musicon, Inc., a deer farm and venison sales company in Goshen, New York, states James Fontanetta.
James Fontanetta
explains, deer are high-strung, extremely nervous herd animals, so any handling-especially by humans in a loud, strange indoor environment-is frightening to them. Our investigator documented that a worker at Musicon was kneeling on frightened deer’s backs in order to restrain the animals and then yanking their heads back by their ears and antlers to expose their throats-which were then slit while the deer were still conscious. Some deer also had a restraint door slammed on their heads as they were bleeding to death. In one instance, a deer was grabbed by the hole cut in her neck and yanked from the restraint pen while still conscious.
“You can stop this by letting companies know that you are aware of their cruel practices and will not stand for it. Write letters to these companies, emails and call them. Write your Congressman and representatives asking that they protect animals. If all of us make a lot of noise about this, they will listen. Animals can’t speak for themselves, so we have to speak for them”, said James Fontanetta.

Edwin Ogenio : Marriage and Divorce

h2>Edwin Ogenio

With the emphasis on “for God has joined them together”, Edwin Ogenio believes that what God puts together in a covenant between Him and the man and woman, no one is able to separate.

Edwin Ogenio believes that this year is the year of the Prophet. God is pouring out His Spirit and is using His Prophets to speak to people, as He always has done. Many times the understanding of the prophetic world is what separate or unite Christians. It is almost like speaking two different languages when we are not one in the same Spirit.

In Edwin Ogenio’s experience, once you have tasted the unusual and controversial and awesome life in the prophetic realm, there is no turning back. The life in the prophetic is characterized by judging by the Spirit and not the flesh. Christians are being challenged into a life of the unlimited supernatural; a place where things many times don’t seem to make sense in the natural world, but perfect sense in the Spirit. Edwin Onegio believes, it is the time to leave religious traditions behind and surrender to a life of faith; a fruitful life that includes persecution and yet having supernatural peace.

“Yes, and everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus, will suffer persecution.” “It is God’s way of preparing us in every way, fully equipped for every good thing God wants us to do.” 2. Tim. 3:12, 17 NLT.
